Charlie Winfield
Charlie Winfield is the President and owner of FFT Models. He is a 40+ year veteran of the entertainment industry starting as a child actor at the age of 6 on Sesame Street and eventually playing “Grover” on Sesame Street. He continued acting for 20+ years in commercials, films, theatre, music videos and theatrical productions.
As a true “people person” he felt that his expertise would be better served behind the scenes so he decided to pursue a career as a Talent Agent for film and television. He felt that as an actor you really need someone who has gone through the rigors of show business and could relate to you “the actor”. Charlie’s philosophy has always been… you can’t have the “Show” unless you understand the “Business” hence the term Show Business
Cindy Jording
Cindy is the Vice President and Co-owner of FFT Models. Her eclectic career has taken her from volunteer firefighter, to customer service, to artist, to bookkeeping and finally landing as the accounting assistant at FFT Models in 2019. Her experience as a former theater actor and mom to a young actor and model proved invaluable to her position at FFT Models and she soon moved into Men’s booking while maintaining her position as accounting assistant. In January of 2023 she and Charlie took over the agency with big plans for modernizing and expanding without losing the heart of FFT Models, which is nurturing and guiding FFT Models talent’s careers. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and son enjoying axe throwing and bowling in her spare time.
Ceilidh Morgan
Ceilidh Morgan is the Head of the Children’s Division at FFT Models. She has always had an interest in the entertainment industry and, as a member of the team at FFT Models, enjoys working with and mentoring new talent with a passion for modeling and acting. Ceilidh is a Native New Yorker of Scottish and Ghanaian descent who grew up in East Village.
